His focus is making sure the work stays connected to a measurable business effect: capacity, cost, margin, speed, control. He leads executive conversations, frames the decision at each gate and keeps the engagement honest about value.

Lewis leads Orchyn’s technical delivery, from solution design through to production. He owns technical truth: what is genuinely viable, what the data supports and what it takes to make a system reliable under real operating conditions.

His focus is building bespoke AI systems that hold up beyond the demo: governed, monitored and integrated into how the organisation actually works. He designs the safeguards in from the start rather than bolting them on later.

Orchyn works as a focused founder led team, supported by specialist associates where an engagement requires additional depth. The two founders remain accountable from first conversation to handover.
