Yemi leads Orchyn’s commercial direction and the strategy of every engagement. He owns the client outcome — defining the problem, the scope and the commercial case before any technology is considered.

His focus is making sure the work stays connected to a measurable business effect: capacity, cost, margin, speed, control. He leads executive conversations, frames the decision at each gate and keeps the engagement honest about value.

Lewis leads Orchyn’s technical delivery — from solution design through to production. He owns technical truth: what is genuinely viable, what the data supports and what it takes to make a system reliable under real operating conditions.

His focus is building bespoke AI systems that hold up beyond the demo — governed, monitored and integrated into how the organisation actually works. He designs the safeguards in from the start rather than bolting them on later.
